This includes but is not limited to:

Major Flow Trading does not guarantee:

• Profitability or trading performance
• Continuous or error-free operation of the Platform

All trading involves risk, and users are solely responsible for their decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Major Flow Trading shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Use or inability to use the Platform
• Trading losses or financial decisions made based on Platform data
• Errors, delays, or interruptions in service
